Richard and Rosalee Alter's residence is located in Miami Beach, Florida. The house was featured in Metropolitan Homes magazine in 2006. Larry served as the project manager of construction working for Hidalgo Construction Company. It is one Larry's favorite homes of all times. Contractor: Hidalgo Construction.
